Gerald was united in marriage to Elna Larsen on October 11, 1958 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ringsted, IA. The couple lived two miles West of Little Falls until their retirement in 1995 when they moved to Jerry’s parents homestead on Bass Lake near Grey Eagle. Jerry was employed as a mover at Cliff Buck Furniture Store from 1958-1963. Since the L.P. Gerald enjoyed crappie fishing, knowing all the local lakes by heart. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and attending the stock car races in Sauk Centre.
