Edmund R. Zyvoloski

Edmund R. Zyvoloski, age 95, of Little Falls, MN passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at Lutheran Care Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, September 29, 2006 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN with Fr. Nicholas Landsberger officiating. Burial will be at the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service (West Chapel) in Little Falls and also Friday morning from 8:00-11:00 A.M. Edmund was born on September 4, 1911 in Pike Creek Township, Minnesota to Joseph & Rose (Kujawa) Zyvoloski. He attended country school in Pike Creek Township. Edmund served in the US Army from 1942 to 1946. After his discharge, he returned to Pike Creek Township where he farmed most of his life until his retirement. Ed enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls, Little Falls American Legion Post # 46, Little Falls V.F.W Post #1112 and the Disabled American Veterans. Edmund is survived by his sisters, Phyllis Kurowski and Esther Sobiech both of Little Falls, Minnesota, many nieces and nephews and special friend, Sue Holtslander of Little Falls, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Rose (Kujawa) Zyvoloski; brothers, Victor & Henry; sisters, Martha, Florentine, Helen, Theresa and Sophie. Casket Bearers will be Bob Kulus, Jerry Zyvoloski, Henry Tillman, Dennis Kurowski, Ron Tillman, Gene Zyvoloski and Arvin Kurowski.
