Herman Stephen Stiller

Herman Stephen Stiller, 85 year old resident of Little Falls, MN died Monday, April 27 at St. Ottos Care Centre in Little Falls, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 2 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Marys Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Herzing officiating. The burial will be in St. Adalberts Catholic Cemetery.A visitation will be held Friday, May 1 from 4:00-7:00 P.M. and from 9:00-10:00 A.M. on Saturday all at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN.

Herman Stephen Stiller was born December 25, 1929 in Little Falls, MN the son of Alexander and Phoebe (LeDuc) Stiller. In his younger years, Herman had a number of jobs over the years including driving cab for five years, working road construction, plowed snow and towed cars.On December 2, 1967, he married Rosemary Kuyava at St. Adalberts Church in Little Falls.The couple lived in Minneapolis where Herman worked for Honeywell and Armature Rewinding. In 1977, the couple moved back to Little Falls where Herman worked for the school, Champion Auto and Camp Ripley as a general maintenance worker. Rosemary passed away in 1984 and Herman continued living in Little Falls, MN. Herman retired in 1992 from Camp Ripley. He married Lorraine Huebner on March 10, 2000 and the couple later divorced.Herman enjoyed fishing, bowling, feeding the birds and squirrels, playing cards, yard work, flower gardening, shopping in St. Cloud, visiting with friends and going for walks.Herman was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN.

Herman is survived by nephews and a niece, John Procopio, Sam Procopio and Mary Ellen Krezel of Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Phoebe (LeDuc) Stiller; wife, Rosemary in 1984; sister, Helen Procopio in 2001 and two infant brothers.
