Kathryn T. Czech

Kathryn T. Czech, 64 year old resident of Flensburg, MN passed away April 23, 2016 at St. Ottos Care Center in Little Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 26 at 11:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flensburg, MN with Father, Jimmy Joseph officiating. The burial will be held in the parish cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 P.M. on Monday, April 25 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flensburg, MN. A Rosary Sodality Rosary will be said at 4:30 P.M. followed by Parish Prayers.



Kathryn T. Kroll was born November 2, 1951 in Little Falls, MN to Joseph and Angeline (Scepurek) Kroll. She attended school in Royalton, MN and graduated from Royalton High School. Kathryn received her degree in teaching in 1972 from St. Cloud State University. She taught in the Little Falls Middle School until 1976. She was united in marriage to Jerome Czech on August 13, 1993 at St. Stanislaus in Bowlus, MN. Kathryn enjoyed cooking, baking coffee cakes, fishing, birdwatching and calling friends on the telephone. She enjoyed participating at the local Farmers Market. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flensburg, MN. Kathryn was active with Church Choir, Rosary Sodality in which she served as an officer.



Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jerome of Flensburg, MN; son, Paul Anderson of Bolwus, MN, step-son, Ken (Deb)Czech of Villard, MN; daughters, April (Dave) Wurst of Frazee, MN, step-daughters, Karen (Chris) Brooks of Texas, Janet (Kent) Holmberg of St. Cloud, MN and Jean Gwost of Little Falls, MN; brother, Pat (Mary) Kroll of St. Stephen; former husband, Ernest Anderson of Frazee, MN; step-grandchildren, Tyler Perleberg, Kayla Arseneau, Travis Holmberg, Nicole Holmberg, Kyle Holmberg, Wyatt Gwost, Ashley Gwost, Kenneth Czech Jr., Kylie Czech, Darion Segura; step-great-grandchildren, Athena Holmberg and Bennett Arseneau.



She was preceded in death by her parents; and step-son-in-law, Wayne Gwost.
