Kenneth Wacker, 77 year old resident of St. Cloud, passed away on Friday, March 27 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN, as the result of a house fire. A Time of Gathering for friends and family will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 7th with a time for sharing at 6:00 P.M. at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Pierz.

He was born on June 10th, 1948 in Little Falls to Mathew and Marie (Hiemenz) Wacker. Kenneth attended school in Onamia and graduated from Onamia High School. He served in the United States Army from 1968 – 1970 and achieved the rank of Sergeant (E-5). He worked for the Minnesota Commercial Railroad.

Kenneth enjoyed woodworking, tinkering in the garage, and fixing things. He was always willing to help friends and family. He was a Great Vikings Fan!

He is survived by son, Dustan B. ( Meying Huang) Wacker of Robbinsdale; daughter-in-law, Rosemary Wacker of St. Cloud, siblings, James (Brenda) Wacker of Brainerd, Dennis (Patricia) Wacker of Pierz, Rose Hoffman of Hillman, Bernice Banick of Pierz, and twin sister Joann (Duane) Boser of Hillman; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Mathew and Marie; siblings, Roman Wacker, Alice Stauffeneker, Leonard Wacker, Delores Meyer, Joseph Wacker, Brian Wacker and son, Brent Wacker.
