Patricia Nicoski, 91 year old resident of Little Falls, passed away on Monday, July 13 at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls, MN, with her loving family by her side. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 16 at 11:00 A.M. at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 16 at the funeral home. The burial will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Little Falls, MN. A Christian Mother’s Rosary will be said at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday morning at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service. The family of Patricia would like to invite you to stay after the service and enjoy lunch together.
Patricia Ann Gill was born on February 6, 1935 to the late Carl and Veronica (Hoban) Gill in Milwaukee, WI. She grew up in Milwaukee with her parents and two brothers, James and William. Patricia attended grade school in Milwaukee and graduated from St. Mary’s Academy with the class of 1952. She worked for Milwaukee Clipper for a few years as a secretary. She was united in marriage to Raymond Nicoski on June 28, 1958 in Milwaukee, WI. The family lived in the following cities due to Ray’s job with JC Penney’s: Kankakee, IL, Gary, IN, Kewaunee, IL, Grinnell, IA, Menominee Falls, WI, Watertown, WI and finally settling in Little Falls, MN. The couple were blessed with three children, Dennis, Lisa and Kathy. Raymond died on June 1, 2021. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, loving sister and doting grandmother. Patricia loved to travel, read a good book, listen to music, make Christmas Cards, bird watching, doing word games and a seamstress project from time to time. She loved fashion from jewelry to her costume designs. Patricia treasured time hosting dinners and was known as a wonderful hostess. She had a love of laughter, quick wit, compassion and kindness shown to all. Patricia had a deep religious faith, praying the rosary daily for over 75 years and a quest for doing the right thing. She was a 21 year cancer survivor that she attributed to her faith!
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dennis (Cheryl) Nicoski of Grand Rapids, MI, Lisa (Rick) Caddell of Talbott, TN and Kathy (Jody) Waldvogel of Little Falls; grandchildren, Alex Nicoski, Ben Nicoski, Nicole Greene, Kristen (Mike) Strecker, Michael Waldvogel, Mitch Beatty, Morgan Winstead, Logan Caddell and a brother, James (Charlene) Gill of Milwaukee, WI.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond in 2021 and a brother, William Gill.
