Pearl Krueger

Pearl Krueger, 74 year old resident of St. Cloud, MN died on Thursday, January 12 at St. Benedict Senior Community. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 23 at 11:00 A.M. at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN. A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Monday at the funeral home. The burial will be held at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls, MN.

Pearl Diann Bender was born October 4, 1942 in Sheridan County, North Dakota to the late Ruben and Clara (Bettger) Bender. She lived in North Dakota with her family where she attended school. Pearl was united in marriage to Arlo Krueger September 11, 1963 in Parkston, South Dakota. The couple made their home for one year in South Dakota. They moved to Hibbing, MN, where they resided for three years. Arlo and Pearl moved to Minneapolis and later to Fridley where they resided for several years.

Pearl enjoyed reading, sewing, baking and being with family especially at the family farm in Hibbing.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Candy (Jeff) Hoff of Clearlake, MN, Marlo (Scott) Gale of Elk River, MN; grandchildren, Joe Hoff (Fiance`, Tiffany Ruiz) of Eagan, MN, Josh (Melissa) Hoff of Ramsey, MN, Conya Nelson of Elk River, MN, Kayla Hoff (Fiance`, David Reichel) of North Dakota, Mathew Gale (Fiance`, Ashley Brand) of Nevis, MN, Taylor Gale of Bemidji, MN, Andrew Gale of Elk River, MN; great-grandchildren, Abby, Eli, Tegan, Alexa, Tyler, Brilynn and Brayan; siblings, Leona (Pete) Faucet of California, Betty Anderson of Nebraska, Alvina (Bill) Tinsley of Wisconsin, Linda Anderson of Minnesota, Jake (Camie) Bender of Missouri, Dick (Bev) Bender of Wisconsin and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arlo Krueger; brothers, Orville, Duane and Wilfred Willy; nieces, Donna Bender, Sarah Krueger and Diane Krueger, nephews, Dennis Bender, Mike Fetters; brothers-in-law, Bill Krueger, Dennis Krueger, Gene Iverson and Dick Sherer; sister-in-law, Deloris Thury.

The family of Pearl would like to thank St. Benedict Senior Community for the wonderful care for the past ten years and also to St. Croix Hospice.
