Ruth A. Noe

Ruth Noe, age 61, of St. Cloud, MN passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2010, at the Pierz Villa in Pierz, MN, after a lengthy illness. A gathering will take place at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Bopps in Harvard, IL. Ruth was born on September 8, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio to John William & Betty Ann (Hart) Heeter, Sr. Survivors include her children, Royal (Rita Parks) Noe of Walworth, WI; Brian (Lisa Sherman) Noe, Jr. of Randall, MN, and Carmela (Pat) Eastman of Barry, MN; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, John (Sue) Heeter, Jr. of Capron, IL and Mark (Karen) Heeter of Kirkland, IL and sister, Marion Owens of Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. & Betty A. (Hart) Heeter; sister, Sandy Heeter and husband, Brian Noe, Sr. Ruth will be forever loved by family and friends.
