Terrence Terry Brisk

Terrence Virgil Brisk, 41-year-old resident of Belle Prairie Township, MN passed away Monday, November 7, 2016 in Belle Prairie Township.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM on Monday, November 14, 2016 at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Pierz, MN. A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 13 from 4-8 PM at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Pierz, MN and one hour prior to the service also at the church. Burial will follow the service at Holy Family Parish Cemetery in Belle Prairie, MN.

Terrence V. Brisk was born on April 12, 1975 in Little Falls, MN to Virgil and Frances Babe Brisk. He graduated from Little Falls High School with the class of 1993. Terry then joined the US Military, serving his basic training at Fort Leonardwood until he was medically discharged later in 1993. He attended Alexandria Vocational Technical School and received his Diesel Mechanic diploma. He was united in marriage to Pamela Birr on January 13, 2001 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Belle Prairie, MN. Terry worked for his fathers construction company, Kingsway Construction, Inc., since he was a kid. He currently worked for Ziegler CAT in Brainerd, MN for the last several years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, camping with his family, bon fires with his friends, spending time at Platte Lake, cutting wood, 4-H Livestock Legends, and 4-H Shooting Sports. Terry was a member of the 4-H Club (Livestock Legends and Shooting Sports), Rich Prairie Trailbusters Snowmobile Club, St. Josephs Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus as a 4th Degree Knight, and the Local 49 Union through Ziegler CAT.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Brisk of Belle Prairie Township, MN; children, Johnathon, Nicholas, Frances, and Michael Brisk all at home; parents, Virgil and Frances Babe Brisk of Belle Prairie, MN; siblings, Randy (significant other Dan Lideen) Brisk of Sartell, MN, Jay (Robyn) Brisk of Little Falls, MN, Holly (significant other Kyle Runnoe) Brisk of Sartell, MN; mother and father-in-law, Henry and Beth Birr of Little Falls, MN; sister-in-law, Peggy (Dan) Rekstad of Little Falls, MN; brother-in-law, Adam (Mindy) Birr of Hudson, WI; nieces and nephews, Patrick and Jenna Brisk, Lucas, Benjamin, and Addison Rekstad, Dane and Logan Birr.

Terry was preceded in death by uncles, Archie Brisk, Reinhart Brisk, Richard Brisk, and Martin Novak.
