Theresa M. Gammon

Theresa M. Gammon, 73 of Little Falls, MN passed away on June 25, 2007 at St. Gabriel's Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 29, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls, Minnesota, with Fr. Nick Landsberger officiating. Visitation will be at Emblom-Brenny West Chapel from 4:00 a" 8:00 p.m. Thursday and on Friday from 9:30 a" 10:30 a.m. at Emblom-Brenny West Chapel. Rosary will be said at 4:30 p.m. followed by Parish Prayers at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Thursday. Interment will be at St. Mary's Parish Cemetery. Theresa was born on June 16, 1934, in Little Falls, Minnesota to Leo & Josephine (Gamroth) Marsolek. She grew up and attended Little Falls High School graduating in 1954. She graduated from Paul's Hairdressing Academy of Minnesota, Inc., on June 3, 1955. Theresa returned to Little Falls, where she was united in marriage to Lawrence (Larry) Gammon on January 16, 1960 at St. Mary's Church in Little Falls, Minnesota. Theresa owned and operated West Broadway Hair Design in Little Falls for over 21 years. She also worked at the Royal CafAC. in Little Falls as a waitress for a number of years and drove special needs students for the Little Falls Public Schools. Theresa enjoyed auctions, playing bingo, collecting dolls and antiques, and had a unique love of nurturing animals. Theresa is survived by her sons, Daniel (Becky) Gammon of Pierz, MN, Charles (Jean) Gammon of Clear Lake, MN; daughter, Christine (Jeff) Kruschek of Little Falls, MN; grandchildren, Trent (Trista) Hawkinson of Brainerd, MN, Travis Hawkinson of St. Cloud, MN, Nathan and Zachary Gammon of Pierz; Christopher and Megan Gammon of Pierz, MN, Kreston and Sydney Gammon of Clear Lake, MN and great-grandson, Caleb Hawkinson of Brainerd, MN; sisters, Loretta Lattimer of Little Falls, MN and Rita Coalwell of Detroit Lakes, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Lawrence, grandson, Ross Sledek; sisters, Darlene White & Margaret Crary, and brother, Conrad Marsolek. Casket Bearers will be Trent Hawkinson, Travis Hawkinson, Kreston Gammon, Kevin White, Nathan Gammon & Zachary Gammon Honorary Bearers will be Megan Gammon, Sydney Gammon, and Christopher Gammon.
