I am so sorry to hear of Neil's passing and want to express most sincere sympathies to his family and friends. Although I didn't get the pleasure of working with him in the field, I enjoyed talking to him (and the rest of the family) when he called or came to the La Crosse office. Words cannot make it better but keeping good memories close may ease it. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers at this time.

My family and I are deeply sorry. I had so much fun singing karaoke and singing for my sister in laws wedding. He has a great soul.
I was lucky enough to work with Neil for a few years, learning every day from him, not only about his incredible professionalism and wisdom but about his work mystique. Neil always had a smile, even if he had a hard and complicated day, I never saw him upset. I admired his positivity, optimism, great humor, wit, and his ability to be liked by everyone. I always knew that I could count on him if I needed help. I liked how he always spoke with love and pride of his family, especially about his children and his Jen. Definitely an irreparable loss, I send my condolences to all who love him.
Dear Boser Family,
It was such a privilege to have known Neil. He was an incredible man. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you at this time of unbearable sadness.
There is so little one can say, but my heart goes out to you. Don & Karen

I am so sorry for your families immense loss. I remember so fondly hanging at Karen and Earl's house as a kid and playing with Neil and Amanda and then threw the years seeing Neil and he was always so kind, including at my Grandma and Grandpa's 50th anniversary in Colorado years back. He was a special person and leaves a legacy behind in his children. I wish you all some sort of peace at this time. Look for signs, talk to Neil, give yourself grace, hug your loved ones and tell them how much you love them. This is a painful road but you don't have to go it alone. - Kelley Hill (Varner)
I'm so very sorry for your loss. Neil was a customer of mine at Fastenal. I always enjoyed working with him and placing his orders. He always knew exactly what he was looking for. Neil was great about explaining what the process was for the uncommon items his was looking for. After he switched companies it was a real treat for us when he stopped in the store. He will be missed. -Heather, Little Falls Fastenal
